5,Close Risk Monitor and Scheduler.  As a preliminary step, it is necessary to close both the Risk Monitor and East-Tec Eraser Scheduler, if one or both of them are open (you can see their icons in the system tray).

6,Open East-Tec Eraser 2010 and click the Enter Key link
