Samsung Galaxy S II, the latest flagship mobile phone from leading South Korean handset vendor Samsung, is set to launch in UK on 1st may and later on in other parts of the world , through various wireless carriers out there. Galaxy S II is an impressive device packed with a nice range of features and capabilities, including a slim design, and a large 4.3-inch 800 x 480 Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display, 1.2 GHz Dual Core Application Processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread with TouchWiz 4.0, high-end 8 MP AF camera that is capable of Full HD recording and playback. The handset definitely lives up to its name as a proper successor to the original Galaxy S that lit the Android marketplace on fire last year.
With the Samsung Galaxy S II just under two weeks from launching in the UK, the electronics giant is starting to advertise this new flagship Android smartphone. A cute commercial advertising the handset’s vivid SuperAMOLED Plus display has appeared on youtube. The twenty second video shows a cute little girl trying to reach for a fish swimming in the Galaxy S II’s live video background so she can put it back into the fishbowl. After a few tries, she gives up and does what most kids would do, she puts the Galaxy S II into the fishbowl! The tag line reads … “Too Realistic?” Of Course, this shouldn’t be done in real life as the water will certainly drown your Galaxy S II, it’s just an advertising pimps the phone’s Super AMOLED Plus prowess.
The AD’s description reads – “The Galaxy S II has a 4.27″ SUPER AMOLED Plus display – specifically developed for vividness and clarity.
