1. all you need 7zip
2. extract TTi_3.0_MR_32bit_Tencent12.exe into one folder
3. goto setup.ini
4. search “Windows Language ID” and change to 1033 like this
InstallLanguageID=1033
5.then change to
SupportLanguagesID=1033
DefaultLanguageID=1033

yes finished, now installer is english.

Windows 7 is retarded, apparently even a Admin isn’t a admin. Now my problem is, I’d assume this is downloading from china? because the updates are taking decades….fook =./
