Now’s your chance to see what changes has been made to the most critically acclaimed MMO of 2012 without having to pay the usual toe-dipping toll! From April 19-21, 2013, ArenaNet will be hosting another huge Guild Wars 2 free trial weekend, for gamers who’ve participated in the last free weekend trial back in November, or new games who obtain a serial code to do so.
Guild Wars 2 is a fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) exclusively for the PC gaming platform and is the sequel to ArenaNet’s flagship title, Guild Wars. The game takes place in the Guild Wars fantasy world of Tyria and is set 250 years after you defeat the Great Destroyer in the Eye of the North expansion. The almost forgotten threat of the Elder Dragons has risen, but so has ‘Destiny’s Edge,’ a guild pledged to combat them. You are tasked in Guild Wars 2 with uniting the different player races, which is required to be able to effectively combat the elder dragons. Game features include: a dynamic event/questing system, small and large-scale combat, player vs. player arenas, multiple playable races and professions, and expansive and rewarding dungeon crawls.
ZAM (ZAM has confirmed that their codes are for the North American region only.)
