Thank you angelnana, but it’s not the time zone problem. There was no license email included in the giveaway package earlier.
The ‘download licsnse’ file from the promo website contains a key only- no email address. Without an email there does’nt seem to be any way to register the program.
I’ve got emails off to topwaresoftbargains andEpubor, and will update if either responds before the offer expires.

Andrey is right. There is no “licensed email” in the license downloaded from the checkout page. The “licensed email” is needed to register the program.
You can write the login email address from checkout page (http://www.topsoftbargains.com/) but then the program says: “Registration code is not compatible with your licensed email”.
Downloaded five times from the checkout page! Same serial but not compatible with licensed email!
Maybe because of the time zone? 12 hours later try again?
