Google on Monday released an update to its Google Earth product. This milestone beta version, classified Google Earth 6.0, comes with important updates and two new features: Street View and 3D Trees. This latest version also includes other new features for exploring the planet virtually, including historical images for selected urban locations. It will change your experience and you can explore the world in 3D from anywhere like never before. To quote google themself:

With Google Earth 6, you can explore the streets in 3D like never before. Fly from outer space down to the streets with the new Street View and easily navigate your way around. Switch to ground-level view to see the same location in 3D.

Google Earth 6.0 beta can be downloaded here for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux platforms.
