I already got a “silver edition” from xara web designer 7. That one was able to be switched to English via renaming some dlls or registry entries.
To change the language to English you need to change a registry entry.
Close Web Designer 7 and navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Xara\WebDesigner\6.0\Resources .
Change XaraXFRA.DLL to XaraXENG.DLL to get an english interface.
